When you apply we collect your name, Ghana Card details, contact information, proof of income, residential address and guarantor details. We also record payments made towards your plan.
How we use your information
Your information is used to assess affordability, prepare your hire purchase agreement, deliver your product, collect repayments and provide customer support.
Sharing with third parties
We share limited information with delivery partners, payment providers and credit reference bureaux where required. We never sell customer data.
Keeping your data safe
Records are stored securely and access is restricted to staff who need it. Physical documents are held at our head office in Accra.
Your rights
You may request a copy of the information we hold about you, ask for corrections, or request deletion once your plan is complete and our record-keeping obligations have ended.
