Plain-language terms, written so you know exactly what you are agreeing to.
Agreement and ownership
Ownership of the product transfers to you once the final instalment is received. Until then the item remains the property of Hire Purchase Ghana.
Deposits and instalments
Deposits start at 25% of the hire purchase price. Instalments are due on the date stated in your agreement and may be paid weekly, fortnightly or monthly.
Late payment
A seven-day grace period applies to each instalment. Thereafter a late fee stated in your agreement applies. Contact us early and we will restructure where possible.
Early settlement
You may settle the outstanding balance at any time with no penalty. A completion certificate is issued on final payment.
Delivery, installation and warranty
Delivery is free within Greater Accra and Tema and charged at cost elsewhere. Products carry the full manufacturer warranty, which we help you claim.
